What makes Puffer’s Pantry different?
We focus on simple, thoughtfully sourced wellness products and treats, made in small batches and inspired by Puffer’s very high standards.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8 for ordinary one-time purchases. Every bundle containing at least three products and every recurring Puffer’s Pack ship free.
How many products can I put in a bundle?
Start with a minimum of three full-size products, then add as many additional products or duplicates as you want.
What comes with a Puffer’s Pack?
Choose three or more full-size products or let Puffer choose. New members on 2- and 4-week plans save 20% on the first box, then 10%; 6- and 8-week plans save 10% from the first box onward. Every delivery includes free shipping, a free size-appropriate surprise toy, and a surprise chew toy. Toy type, color, and style will vary based on your dog’s profile and product availability; bundle photos show examples.
Can I change a subscription?
Yes. Add, remove, or change products before a future delivery, or skip, pause, update payment information, or cancel before the next renewal.
Are treats a complete diet?
No. Treats and toppers complement a complete, balanced diet and veterinary care. Always follow the package feeding guidance.
What if my dog does not love it?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.
